Our Trusts and Estates practice focuses on serving individuals, institutions, and families. We offer advice and guidance with attention to detail.

With support from the firm’s alternative investment attorneys, we guide our clients on the use of domestic and foreign trusts and business structures, charitable gifts in trust, the creation of charitable foundations, issues relating to real estate and investment.  Our practice also encompasses all of the personal and financial issues presented by serious illness and death, including end-of-life matters, business succession, and estate and trust administration.  In addition,  with litigation counsel we are qualified to handle probate litigation, pre-nuptial and separation agreements, as well as protection of asset issues.

This cross-disciplinary approach enables the firm to coordinate and manage the needs and goals of these clients, both personal and business, in a seamless manner.
