Gregory P. Cimino II. Greg is a prominent entertainment lawyer with more than twenty years experience in creative media including theater, television, film. His artist clients have sold well over 100 million albums, been nominated and have won multiple awards including Grammy’s, Emmy’s, and Tony’s. He acts as corporate counsel and advisor to a preeminent investment bank, numerous retail brands, and other successful businesses. He focuses primarily upon transactional matters, but also represents clients in licensing, IP rights and complex commercial disputes, as well as providing a high level of experience advice and counsel on general business and career development issues within the industry.

Greg graduated American University, Washington College of Law 1996 and Manhattanville College 1992.  He is admitted to practice as a member of the bar in  New York, Rhode Island and Massachusettes.
