Erika M. Calderón, Associate

Erika M. Calderón is an associate at Drohan Lee LLP. She focuses her practice on corporate and securities law. She advises public and private companies on SEC compliance, periodic reporting, corporate governance and capital markets and financing transactions.

Ms. Calderón represents clients in regulatory and enforcement matters, including investigations and inquiries before the SEC and CFTC involving securities offerings, disclosure issues, and trading practices.

Ms. Calderón is a member of the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association and serves as Treasurer of the Puerto Rican Bar Association.
