Gregory P. Cimino II is a prominent entertainment lawyer with more than twenty years experience in creative media including theater, television, and film.
His artist clients have sold well over 100 million albums, been nominated and have won multiple awards including Grammys, Emmys, and Tonys. He acts as corporate counsel and advisor to a preeminent investment bank, numerous retail brands, and other successful businesses. He focuses primarily upon transactional matters, but also represents clients in licensing, IP rights and complex commercial disputes, as well as providing a high level of experience, advice and counsel on general business and career development issues within the industry.
Mr. Cimino graduated American University, Washington College of Law 1996 and Manhattanville College 1992. He is admitted to practice as a member of the bar in New York, Rhode Island and Massachusettes.

Ms. Park received a B.A. from Sogang University and an M.A. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, both in Seoul, Korea. She received her law degree from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she was a Senior Editor of the Boston college Law Review. Ms. Park is admitted in New York (Yong-hee Park), New Jersey (Yong-hee Park), and Massachusetts (Yonghee Park). Her current memberships include the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Association to Invest in USA (IIUSA) and New Jersey Special Education Practitioners Group (NJSEP).
